In the first publication of our ThinkFuture Radar series, which will bring weekly content about Law and Innovation & Technology, we share a hot topic from the STJ: this week the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice launched a digital service to ease the understanding of legal terms used in news. In line with initiatives like that, we encourage and prepare our lawyers to adopt objective and clear communication with clients, making information more comprehensible and increasing the success of our legal solutions. Since 2018, ThinkFuture, TozziniFreire’s innovation program, has promoted workshops on plain language and visual law, besides applying information design and graphic elements to documents produced by the firm, with the support of specialized professionals exclusively dedicated to this practice.
