About the Program

Why innovation?

TozziniFreire Advogados has experienced many changes in society since its establishment back in 1976.

Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, metaverse, electric vehicles, and other countless new technologies have emerged in recent years, emphasizing the urgent need for an alignment of the legal practice with the 21st century’s challenges.

We commit ourselves to transform TozziniFreire in two ways: first, incorporating new technologies, methodologies and practices directly into our activities; second, preparing our professionals to deal with innovative legal issues arising from technological and social changes.

We do this with innovation.

We have done it with ThinkFuture since 2018.

Development of technology and design advanced solutions to enhance TozziniFreire's legal service delivery.

Research & Content

Research and content creation in matters related to Law, innovation, and new technologies, including the regulatory follow-up of a wide range of new techs

Transformation and Legal Operations

Conduction of legal technology projects, training, and other initiatives to speed up TozziniFreire's digital transformation, cultural shift and our efficiency.

Our Approach to Innovation

Innovation is not (just) about technology. Therefore, our approach to innovation goes beyond the development or implementation of our own or third-party tech solutions; through innovation, we carry out interdisciplinary and collaborative projects.

Within ThinkFuture’s scope, we develop projects using Service Design, Legal Operations, Customer Experience, Legal Tech, Visual Law, Knowledge Management, among others.
